Fightletics is a brand that is taking a unique approach into lifestyle, fitness, and competition by incorporating exercise, recovery, and nutrition. Our main focus is to improve movement, increase mobility, and integrate athletic training to help recover, prevent, and perform at your highest level.

TRAINING GROUPS

YOUTH

6-7th

Our youth S&C program encompasses the foundational movement patterns that will be required at the developmental and performance level for athletes. Learning how to properly warm-up, mobilize, land, jump, sprint, change direction, and activate specific muscle groups in various movements is our focus to ensure we progress as athletes.

ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT

7th-9th

Whether it is building off of our youth program or an on-boarding athlete sign-up; creating a system to properly ensure the development and progress for this age group is truly the separation for our athletes. Building upon the foundational movements we are able to identify and accommodate for favoring conventional/comfortable sprint/jump/COD positions, identify mobility restrictions, recommend dosage of stimulus (according to level of activity), etc.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

9th-12th

Our Athletic Performance class is offered to athletes competing at the varsity and/or national level.

Fightletics training programs have been used for multiple football state champions, a top five nationally ranked basketball program, a collegiate baseball feeder program, and 100+ current collegiate athletes. Purpose, progress, and performance.

High School athletes, their specific sport, demands of sport, and current high school weightlifting schedule all need to be considered and taken into account for our program.

This program includes but is not limited too; speed, agility, plyometrics, explosive stregth, bilateral strength, unilateral strength, vertical push/pull, horizontal push/pull, prehab, mobility, etc. and expanded upon per what we find and recommend. These athletes have either completed an assessment & on-boarding process or have a general knowledge & experience with the lifts that will be performed or expanded on at the collegiate level.
